In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients except for Bacon & Bread. Mix and melt the seasoning. Brush Bread and bacon with a little of the seasoning. Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix it up. Spread the coated mixture evenly onto two baking sheets. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes and rotating the trays from top to bottom every 15. After 45 minutes, add the bacon and bread and cook for the rest of the time.
