I’m not sure which beer I like? …I heard a customer say as he walked up to the counter. …The one you are drinking, was the bearded brewers reply. Which implies get anything here and joy will be found in your cup. Exit left the side door, out from the cool a/c of the brewery with its long counter and you just entered a sweet medium sized outside concert venue. There is a covering above. The whole place has a real nice vibe. I like beers with a good level of bitterness (from hops), so I had a couple of Florida Hoppy Juice Bombs. Fantastic beer! Moderate bitterness, I think the IBU (International Bitterness Units) was 29. It goes well with Pink Floyd. We arrived a little early for the tribute band, got a table 2nd from front, and heard Run Like Hell as their sound check song. Then a 20 minute wait for the band to regroup. The stage and sitting was outdoors and we were not close to any blowing fans. I sweat anyway, while Debbie was comfortable. We were here for The Dark Side of the Sol; a Pink Floyd tribute band with their own signature. After they hit the stage with a couple fun originals, we were sailing through the mountainous range of Pink Floyd. We only stayed for the first set. Debbie was surprised I was ready to pack it in, but I had my fun. Notable was the lady drummer who sang The Great Gig in the Sky and belted it! Who even dares tackle that. We likely could have parked in their no cost fenced-in lot next door, but I opted to do free public parking several blocks east, behind Paws on the Avenue. We walked Lake Ave and, on the way back passing live music from one place to the next. Walked behind Rudy’s outdoor stage to hear the Solid Brass band playing a fierce 25 or 6 to 4. Downtown was grooving.
