Chapman State Park - Clarendon, PA. Enjoy a look around this beautiful 862-acre park on Northwestern Pennsylvania that features a 68-acre lake. Named after Dr. Leroy E Chapman who was a state senator from 1929 until 1963 who was part of several civil groups that pushed for the creation of a state park in Warren County. The park was established in 1951. Chapman State Park provides activities for everyone year round. Trails provide for great hiking and skiing. The lake provides for great fishing, boating, and swimming at the beach. There is also a campground that welcomes everyone who wishes to stay. Park is very handicapped friendly, too.
