Breakfast sausage in the air fryer, chopped up red pepper & onion along with tomato. Sauté the onions & peppers add cut up breakfast sausage. Scrambled 4 eggs & added diced tomato, seasoning salt, shredded cheese. All wrapped up into a burrito and topped with sour cream. @31:35 Driving to work on a mountain road, water check trail.
