London's best canal walk. Through Islington, Broadway Market and London Fields. An easy start point for walking London's canals is at the end of the Islington Canal Tunnel. From here, we just follow the canal past City Road Basin and on until we get to Broadway Market with it's hip coffee shops, organic health shops and cafes and the green shade of London Fields. As we pass City Road Basin, we see the Regents Canal Festival in full swing. Multicoloured canal boats and barges form a vibrant backdrop as the London Pride Morris Men entertain the crowds. We pass Wenlock Basin and continue along the Kingsland Towpath pausing to glimpse the boats on the Kingsland Basin.
