The excellent way of cooking a fish is to cook it in a parchment paper. First, a fish cooked in such a manner is not burnt, second, you are using butter that adds a special creamy taste to a fish that also will be a sauce for fish and side dish. Third, your pan remains clean and doesn’t need any special detergent to remove odor. Forth, you will need no more than 20 minutes for cooking. And above all the fish – fried on a parchment paper it comes out tender, mouth-watering and very tasty. Serve the fish hot with vegetables, lettuce or mashed potatoes and be sure to top with the butter the fish fried in. This dish is perfect for family or even holiday dinner.
