FLUSH MOUNT LED TAILLIGHT! In this video I show you my method of doing a flush mount LED taillight install on a cafe racer rear hoop! This is some pretty tricky fabrication so it will not be for everybody but I wanted to get the information out there to anyone wondering how to make this look possible without purchasing either a very expensive hoop or a very cheap and poor quality hoop. Rear backing piece for light - 14G Steel Folded metal sections - 16G steel Welded with silicon bronze at a max of 42 amps Welder - Miller Syncrowave 180SD Transformer machine For rear hoops I always recommend Old Man Motors as he can build what you want and is high quality while being fairly priced.
