It's Tomato Time! Its time to show you how to setup a polytunnel or greenhouse / glasshouse for summer harvests. Planting the tomatoes up sounds like a simple task, however there's more to it. I'll show you some simple steps to achieve an abundance of tomatoes in summer! By giving your tomatoes good spacing this allows the plant to have good airflow, reducing the risk of fungal diseases and other issues later on in the season. I will also be mulching the beds to keep the moisture in the beds with strulch. I used a 3mm paracord to string up the tomatoes this year. In the middle bed of the polytunnel ill be planting up sweet potatoes and watermelons! The polytunnel has also been planted up with luffah plants, cucumbers and eggplants, aubergines. The polytunnel is filled to the brim! I also interplanted the tomatoes with basil and french marigolds.
