Here are the simple steps to creating the perfect tinted eyebrows: 1. Clean the area with cotton wool soaked in eye make-up remover 2. Apply Vaseline around the skin surrounding the eyebrow 3. Mix your tint -- colour & peroxide 4. Apply the tin to the eyebrow with a small brush or orangewood stick 5. Leave for 1-10 minutes depending on the depth of colour required 6. Remove tint with damp cotton wool 7. Reapply if a stronger colour is required 8. Remove tint with damp cotton wool You will then have lovely tinted brows, that will last a few weeks.
