He served as the Buchon for the San Mateo region of Bolivia. He disposed bodies by melting them in cylindrical vats of acid. This character is based on a real life man named Santiago Meza Lopez, also known as El Pozolero "The Stewmaker" he was a member of the Sinaloa Cartel and was captured in 2009.
