It's winter season... #Hotpot #Shabu-shabu #Nabe or whatever you called it.. Shabuya is one of the place you definitely visiting when you're craving for hot soup.. If you're planning to visit this place and don't want to wait for 45 hours outside YOU MUST join the wait list thru Yelp to save your spot. This place located at Spring Mountain and Decatur. As AYCE hot pot spot with the added benefit of sushi and carpaccio included in the menu, there was plenty of options from the menu for us to try. Everything starts by choosing your own personal hot pot broth. There are a number of options available, but I went with the Original House which is a clear dashi type broth. It was amazing and delicious and I totally enjoy it on it's own. Meats for your hotpot are ordered by the plate and all your veggies, some seafood and condiments options were available through a buffet-style setup. I really enjoyed the beef toro and flat iron steak. The service was spectacular and felt authentic. It's definitely a place I'd go to again and will be recommending to anyone that asks. #AWESOMENESS
