Dissolving barriers among genres and listeners, Global Roots Ensemble’s storytelling concerts energize audiences, sparking imagination and joy. Ensemble members: Bobby Bringi, composer, storyteller, percussionist Elden Kelly, musical director, fretted and fretless guitars Sheela Bringi, bamboo flute, harp, harmonium, and voice Bill McCrossen, acoustic/electric bass and West African stringed instruments With Special Guest Mark Miller, Saxophone and Woodwinds The ensemble performs as a duo, trio, quartet and other configurations.
