With the mighty Buachaille Etive Mor, Scotland's most photographed #mountain, at the head of the #glen, the road follows the River Etive on its way to the loch. It is widely regarded as one of Scotland's finest glens and the road was a privilege to drive. The road has become known as the 'Skyfall road' after it appeared in the James Bond film. My film was shot over 2 days, as on the first drive, we arrived at the end of the road, only for the drone to stop working, so we drove it again the next day to get the flight down the loch. We were super lucky to get the shots of the stags as a herd of deer appeared after we'd stopped to take the shot of the white pony and they surrounded the car, wary of us but not intimidated, before wandering into the estate. A beautiful experience. I am no expert on the mountains, but have tried to name them where possible using an OS map, just because I like to know what I'm looking at when i watch travel videos, so have tried to give that information here. I hope I got them right. Apologies if there are any mistakes. Glencoe is probably our favourite place in Scotland, so I hope I've done this glen justice. I hope you enjoy the film.
