Check my other channel here    / @milogamereviews   Silent Hill 2 is my favorite horror game of all time and thus I was very excited when Konami announced that a brand new chapter in the Silent Hill universe would see the light of day. Silent Hill F takes the series for a spin as it introduces an entirely new setting with it taking place in a rural Japanese village during the 1960's. We play as Hinako who has all kinds of problems at home and often hangs around with her friends outside. Then her village is suddenly engulfed by these giant, red flowers that spread everywhere. Now Hinako and her friends need to work together in order to get out alive. But strange things start happening and Hinako discovers that her relationship with her friends might not be so cheerful as she thought. Then there are also segments in a different reality where Hinako meets a mysterious man known as Fox Mask. Here she will get new powers and weapons to slay her enemies with. I was very happy with how much the game felt like a Silent Hill game thanks to its awesome atmosphere and unique puzzle design. The game takes its time and there is plenty to explore and discover. This time there is a big emphasis on combat and I do think there was a bit too much of that at certain points. You have many different weapons to choose from and there are cool perks to unlock and upgrade. It is not as good as the amazing Silent Hill 2 and its remake brother, but Silent Hill F can hold its own head high and stand amongst the others in the series. #silenthillf #silenthill #konami #horrorgames #japan
