What kinds of cases does the Supreme Court accept? The bottom line: it’s a very rare case. In this episode, we discuss some of the kinds of cases the Supreme Court might consider, including a situation in which a U.S. Court Of Appeals has issued a decision that is in conflict with another U.S. Court of Appeals.
