How to use transitional toys for your adopted child. Transitional toys or objects use therapeutic parenting in a fun way. Our sons have kept their cuddly transitional toys for the last 8 years and still have them at bedtime. Your adopted child will feel more secure in their adoption journeys with their toys by their side reminding them of you and your adoptive family home.
