Dog Eye Removal Surgery or Enucleation is a very scary thought for any pet owner to have. Having some sort of injury to the eye, or a health condition that is causing significant pain, it may be time to remove the eye. I am going to walk you through the process of healing after surgery, and what I experienced as a pet owner who had to have my own dogs eye removed, due to cancer. Many conditions can cause the Veterinarian to have to remove your dogs eye. Such as: Cancer, Glaucoma, Puncture Wounds, Rupture Ulcers, Diabetes Auto Immune Disorders, or any other reason they may be painful from their eye.
