This week on The Horti-Culturalists we're taking a look at an interesting and very useful group of trees, those know as fastigiate - or narrow, pencil like in form - ideal for narrow spaces, smaller gardens, courtyards or as strong focus points in a landscape. We'll look at some mature specimens Stephen planted in the 80's, and some with amazing spring flowers or foliage, some that are particularly narrow and others that are just plan handsome! And once again, apologies for the sound quality, we filmed four videos one day with a dodgy receiver and this is the last of that four so we promise fabulous sound from here on in!
