The atoms of your body come from old exploded stars (supernovae). The Big Bang is the beginning of the expansion of space and time. Scientists believe that there are more stars in the universe than atoms in every grain of sand on earth. Everything that moves relative to you experiences less time, gets contracted in direction of movement and has more mass/energy. If you move with the speed of light, space contracts to nothing and time stops outside your frame of reference (so light experiences it's lifetime in an instant). Space and time are merged together into a "4D-Space-Time" which makes up the fabric of the universe. Black holes have a huge energy-density, that space-time is forced to curve "into a higher dimension". If you fall into a Black hole, space gets curved in a manner that eventually only one direction of movement towards the center is possible. (Which is why light can't escape the horizon).
