Executive Producer: Sean Loche, Jeremy Johnson Music Arrangement, Sound Design : Josh O'Haire Visual Effects Supervisor: George Delair An Ammunition Production A Jonathan Rios Film Shot on 7D -60fps BEHIND THE SCENES INFO The story for the video came about after a 20min conversation over the phone with Pastor Jeremy back in July 2011. The great thing about working with Pastor Jeremy is he loves movies and he is so filled with ideas that its easy to bounce ideas and themes back and forward because he understands and loves movies himself. Pastor Jeremy's original concept was a boy sitting in his room and he opens the bible and images come to life in his room. I took that idea and expanded it from one person to a group of people from different walks of life in their faith, coming together and discovering what it was that Christ had in store for them. Almost as a representation of what the conference is. I originally wrote the video to be a three part film for the three different nights of the conference but shooting was delayed so much that we needed to focus on getting just one solid video made instead of three. All three videos were then edited down to one story. What made this project unique compared to Destroy, Loser, or Freedom is Rising is the poem that is spoken was created after filming. Usually I had the music track to edit with but it was exciting to actually be apart of the music process with Josh and be there when Pastor Jeremy made the poem. One of my favorite aspects of film is the music so to be there when it was made was like sitting on a scoring stage. Like all my videos I pray they are an encouragement and that they inspire you in one way or another with your walk with Christ. I also wish to say a big thank you to George Delair for all your last minute guidance and assistance with some of the special effects shots. As a director and filmmaker I'm never 100% satisfied with anything I make but with the circumstances and the creative stretching this video brought I'm very proud of it. Excited to see what will come next from this team, I've grown so much as a filmmaker and blessed by the opportunity I've had working along side Worth Dying For and Pastor Jeremy Johnson over the past year. We have begun to develop a short hand with one another and the amount of freedom and trust I was given on this project was very humbling. Excited to see what might be next in 2012, and beyond. BEHIND THE SCENES-Trivia Filmed in San Francisco , but a few scenes were shot in downtown Modesto and shot to look like SF. Utilized the GoPro Camera Shots of the feet running on the beach were shot by putting the camera on a tripod and running with it upside down to get the lens low enough. Filmed in Fort Battery across from San Francisco, Military base has been there since World War 1. First film I made where I utilized green screen. 6 months of writing and planning , 3 days of filming, 3 weeks of editing, 63 individual special effects shots Completed 5hrs before the conference. (I'm not proud of that..it was actually kind of scary!!) During the conference it was beautifully accompanied by Worth Dying For and Pastor Jeremy live on stage.
