Not only will the D40's and diesels all be replaced, but so will the several colorful varieties of paint livery, which will be reduced to one paint scheme. El Cajon Division (ECD) will be getting new CNG buses to replace the diesels. Also found out today (10/8) from one of the busdrivers, ECD (Veolia) will be purchasing thirteen 60 foot "artics" for service. He did not know who is building them, but CNG, 60 foot "artics"???, hmmm we'll see. Any guesses??? Will be strange seeing articulated buses on the streets of El Cajon.
