I took a suggestion from a viewer of another video and came up with an inexpensive way to build hollow core doors of any size or thickness. This video shows how I took a five foot bifold door frame and cut it down to 40 inches, then built two barn doors for that door opening. Rather than a standard door height, this project was further complicated because the door height was about 12 inches shorter than a standard door. I was also able to give the new doors a raised panel look to blend with the other doors in the house.
