It is a yellow curry having a combination of veggies like ash gourd, snake gourd, raw bananas etc. cooked with lentils and tempered in coconut oil with mustard seeds, curry leaves, split black gram, dry red chillies and desiccated coconut. It is simple to prepare, yet is full of flavours and has a great nutritional value.
