INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING AS AN AMPUTEE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!

My husband and I celebrate our second year of marriage by going rock climbing! I really enjoyed doing this for a couple of reasons. One, it was the first time ever doing it and I did really well. Second, I have one friggin leg, and that did not stop me!!! Please, do not let fear ever keep you from doing what you set your heart on! If you do it, AWESOME! If it doesn't work out the way you desired, AT LEAST YOU TRIED !!! You did your best and that is what matters... If you have one leg and want to do this, awesome!! You'll want the chest and hip harnesses to be absolutely locked and safe. I would suggest wearing pants to keep from the loop dropping down like it did to me on many occasions.
