Server destruction spell basically destroys the server, you get a empty invisible spawn as reward for your support + the game might not last for long, meaning it's 10k robux wasted. I highly recommend saving up luck for the volcanic zone, both fire shower and earthquake are insanely good with good aoe, will be easier to unlock the other S spells. To get the SS rarity fire tornado, you combine multiple fire tornadoes together and evolve them. To get the SS meteor, it is unlocked through a secret pack depending on how much you've spent on the game, this SS meteor is different from the unlockable meteor in mushroom, it slightly does fire damage overtime to blocks, not worth the 799 robux tho.
