You have access to various sporting activities including swimming, and a GPS module handles activities like walking, running, and cycling. With a selection of downloadable watch faces from the tethering app, you can configure the GTS 3 GPS to your liking. Health wise it sports an advanced biometric sensor with an optical light sensor for accurate 24 hour heart rate and blood oxygen measurements.
