Brother Chidananda, president and spiritual head of Self-Realization Fellowship/Yogoda Satsanga Society of India, shares inspiration and encouragement for the new year along with his wishes that each one of us may realize in an ever-greater way our infinite potential as souls and fulfillment of our highest goals. Through the practice of meditation — especially the techniques taught by Paramahansa Yogananda as part of the Kriya Yoga path — we can live in this world while keeping a connection with the Divine, and thus infuse the year ahead with the greatest hope. This talk includes a guided meditation to help awaken the spinal centers of divine perception.
