How, I ask you, have I gotten this far in and not reviewed Highland Park 12 yet? It's quite simple really. I did mean to do it in the past...but when the opportunity arose...I reviewed something else instead. Got here in the end though. there was a "boo-boo" (shall we say) in this review. I had a small brain fart and suggested that I thought someone told me this whisky was non chill-filtered. Obviously it IS chill filtered. What I was aiming for, was that there was no colour added. It has escaped me, all this time, that it states clearly on the label "NATURAL COLOUR"! I genuinely don't know how many bottles of this I've had and I'd never once noticed that. It was only when I was editing the video and read it on the bottle spinning behind me. My humblest apologies for being a daft eejit Enjoy.
