APPAREL OUT NOW!!! - https://teespring.com/stores/bhp-apparel In this episode, we go one on one at the world headquarters with Reagan High School (Pfafftown, NC) Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kerry Harbor. Coach Harbor is in his second stint with the Raiders program. Coach Harbor has an extensive background at both the HS and College levels as both a strength coach and a line coach. For this episode, we implemented a 4+1 interview template. Coach was given 4 questions before hand and then we had a surprise question at the end. Relating to sports we had 4 quarters and an overtime. For the 4 questions, we limited the answers to 5:00 or less. Discussion points for the episode were: Question/Quarter 1 – Outline a standard weight training classroom session. Subjects covered were, Block or Daily, Time of class period, Dress in and out time, Class population Question/Quarter 2 – How do you train incoming freshman Question/Quarter 3 – Top 3 movements for HS Athletes Question/Quarter4 – What does a field (running) session look like?
