I've always watched on in awe when the Isle of Wight Scooter Rally is in my hometown of Ryde. Upto 10,000 scooters decend on the island every August bank holiday weekend, creating a sea of Lambretta's, Vespa's, Royal Alloy's, Piaggio's and everything in between for the worlds largest scooter rally - if you can see them through the 2-stroke fumes that is! The main event is the mass ride-out with upto 10 thousand bikes taking part annually.
