Hey guys! In this video I'm going to show you how to make a Flan Cocho! You are going to absolutely love this recipe! Links -- -- Bundt Cake Pan -- https://amzn.to/38BTiuy Ingredients: Chocolate Cake - 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 1 1/4 cup Water 3 Eggs Flan - 1 cup sugar 8 large eggs 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk 2 13-oz cans evaporated milk 1 tb vanilla Recipe: 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Prepare bain-Marie 3. Start with making the chocolate cake. Add the water to a mixing bowl. 4. Then add the vegetable oil 5. Add the eggs and mix all the ingredients 6. Now add the chocolate cake mix and mix it with the rest of the ingredients until the cake mixture is smooth (no clumps!) 7. Now we are going to prepare the flan! 8. Add one can of condensed milk 9. Add two cans of the evaporated milk 10. Next add the vanilla extract 11. Mix all the ingredients 12. Now add the eggs and mix until smooth 13. Then add the sugar and mix until smooth 14. Now we are going to want to grab the cake molding you will be using it and spray it with cooking spray so the cake doesn't stick 15. Now caramelize the sugar and add it to your cake molding 16. Next add your flan mix and chocolate mix to the caramelized mold 17. wrap the top with some aluminum 18. The cake should be done anywhere from 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you added more eggs then it would be a little bit longer. 19. You will know if your cake is done when you stick a knife to the custard and your knife comes out clean. 20. Now you can flip the cake over and let it sit for a few minutes and then you can take out the cake molding. 21. You want to either let the cake sit until it is room temperature or put it in your fridge overnight. It is all up to you! :) Social Media: Instagram: @dayaniehernandez Facebook: @cookingwithdaya For Business Inquiries: Email: [email protected] Music: Bazanji - What it feels like http://alturl.com/5w88y NOWE - Sleepless http://alturl.com/4wofx Nicolai Heidlas - Just a little more http://alturl.com/pq9uz
