For Chroma Flare, you need to go into Hall C and follow my movements or if you remember where the parking station is, go there and climb the ladder to the right. Then at the top, jump and go to the right to the portal. There might be a button to open the portal but I don't know as it was opened already in my server. Then beat the Chroma boss to get the flare.
