Day 20 - Anahatasana | Open your heart and soften the upper body

Focus: Throat, shoulders, chest, armpits, belly, and upper back. Today, we practice Anahatasana (Heart Melting Pose), a gentle posture that stretches and opens the throat, shoulders, chest, and belly while softening the heart. Depending on the variation, you may also feel a deep opening in the upper back, creating space along the spine. Allow yourself to melt into this pose and breathe into any sensations that arise. ——— This 5-10 minute practice invites you to pause, breathe, and tune into the sensations in your body. I encourage you to play and experiment with the variations I offer — adjust your hands, explore the depth of the pose, and feel what works best for you.
