This video covers my two-day road trip from Kolkata to Orissa, where an unforgettable adventure turned into a terrifying real-life encounter with a wild elephant. --- 🌊 DAY 1 — KOLKATA TO DUBLAGORI (BLUEBERRY) SEA BEACH Our journey began early in the morning from Kolkata. With fresh excitement, endless roads, and the beauty of rural Bengal and Odisha, we headed straight for Dublagori Sea Beach (also known as Blueberry Sea Beach). The beach was amazingly peaceful — clean sand, beautiful waves, and a calm environment perfect for relaxation. We spent the afternoon exploring the coastline, enjoying the wind, and capturing cinematic shots for the vlog. As the sun set, we settled down near the beach, enjoyed the evening lights, local food, and the peaceful ambience. The first day ended with a relaxing stay near the beach, preparing for the next day’s adventure. --- 🌳 DAY 2 — JOURNEY TO PANCHALINGESHWAR TEMPLE The next morning, we left for Panchalingeshwar Temple, a beautiful yet lesser-known location hidden inside a dense jungle area. The temple is surrounded by hills, forests, and streams, making it perfect for adventure lovers. But what we didn’t know was that Panchalingeshwar is also considered an elephant-prone zone, especially at night. We thought it would be exciting to experience the jungle atmosphere and decided to set up camp nearby. --- 🏕️ THE NIGHT CAMP — THINGS TOOK A TURN As evening fell, the jungle became extremely silent. The air grew heavy, and we could hear distant rustling in the forests. Still unaware of the danger, we continued our camp activities, cooked food, and relaxed, thinking it would be a peaceful night. Around midnight, everything changed. We suddenly heard heavy footsteps approaching through the forest. Before we even understood what was happening, a wild elephant appeared near our campsite. It was huge, aggressive, and clearly disturbed by our presence. The elephant charged toward us. In that moment, everything turned chaotic — we grabbed our things and ran for safety. The sound of branches breaking, the elephant’s trumpet, and the darkness of the forest created a terrifying atmosphere. It was a life-changing moment… something I will never forget. Thankfully, we managed to escape without any major injuries, but this incident taught us a serious lesson: Never camp in a jungle without proper knowledge of wildlife zones. --- 🐘 A REAL SURVIVAL EXPERIENCE This vlog shows the real, unfiltered experience of what happened that night.
