Posebno napraviti i testo od margarina i brasna, formirati u obliku kvadrata, umotati u strec foliju i staviti u frizider na 1h. Posle 1h razviti testo oklagijom u sredinu staviti testo od margarina i pratiti korake u videu. Razvijati i preklapati testo bar 4 puta, izmedju svakog preklapanja staviti u frizider na pola sata. Zatim ga podeliti na dva dela i napraviti dve kore, kore razviti na velicinu od 20x30, izbockati viljuskom i peci u rerni na 180 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Staviti mleko da se kuva a posebno izmesati malo mleka sa zumancima, secerom, vanilin secerom, brasnom, pudingom od vanile i gustinom. Kad mleko prokuva u njega procediti smesu za zumancima i kuvati uz stalno mesanje dok se ne zgusne. Posebno izmutiti belanca sa secerom i dodati postepeno u vruc fil uz lagano mesanje. Sipati vruc fil na koru. Gornju koru iseci na kocke zeljene velicine i redjati po filu. Ohladiti, posuti secerom u prahu i servirati. Separately beat the egg whites with sugar and gradually add them to the hot filling while mixing gently. Pour the hot filling on the puff pastry. Cut the upper crust into cubes of the desired size and arrange them over the filling. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
