EP-57 DELHI TO COPENHAGEN By Road By: The Turban Traveller

Our day began with a city tour of Copenhagen, Denmark. Our first stop was the Old Town, where we indulged in a delicious Danish sweet dish. Next, we visited the Round Tower (Rundetårn), an astronomical observatory with a unique spiral walkway that offers panoramic views of Copenhagen from its platform. Afterward, we visited the Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh in Copenhagen. We participated in the darshan at the gurudwara sahib ji, enjoyed langar, and met many people there. Our third stop was one of Copenhagen's important landmarks, Nyhavn. This iconic 17th-century waterfront, known in English as "New Harbour," is lined with colorful buildings, restaurants, and cafes. Although we missed the canal boat tour, we enjoyed a delightful dinner of traditional Danish dishes at a coffee shop next to the canal. Throughout the day, we encountered a couple of local people who were interested in learning about our journey.
