Consider turning on Fake HDR and Technicolor, tweaking Gamma and other settings to your liking. Bonus: lately I checked Mango's Ultra Reshade (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk20...) and it's pretty good, as well. Also, try Shiny AF Night City (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk20.... It's a bit heavy on the FPS but makes the city.... well, shiny!
