To the blender, add the milk, then the rest of the ingredients. 2. Blend for 1-2 cycles. 3. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and the topping (optional). 4. To make whipped cream: in a bowl whip heavy cream with powdered sugar. Whip to stiff peaks, then transfer to a piping bag.
