FuelBan " Observations" A Strange Mist In the Water

Remembering I am no scientist & only Observe what I see guys -- ( warts & All)...There are two possibilities, 1/ The Electrolyte Type or Mix, 2/ Plate Contamination, The Electrolytes, I have used all manner of electrolytes & mixes, from organic to chemicals in my experiments, (My learning curve) ... If any of you guys have ever come across this phenomena, please email me of comment Ok.. I would appreciate it... I have some good videos done on what I perceive as charged water, which are also on the Camcorder discs which I am having trouble with, but will put those up when I manage to figure out the code formats... "They are quite strange too" !!.. Regarding water tension, charged water, "orgone water & electrolytes", and 4 levels of different water in the same unit. So any of you Rocket Scientists out there if you can shed any light on these subjects feel free to comment or email... I just "Observe" .... Without any form of "FINAL conclusions offered " Ok.. (These videos were all observations done over the winter of 2010 / 2011.)
