Ingredients: For the Marinade: 500g chicken (bone-in pieces, preferably thighs or drumsticks) 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp red chili powder (adjust to spice preference) 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp garam masala powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp oil or ghee For Cooking: 2 tbsp oil or ghee 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 2-3 green chilies, slit 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional, for added flavor) 1 tomato, chopped Fresh coriander (for garnish) Lemon wedges (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken pieces. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil (or ghee). Mix everything well to coat the chicken pieces thoroughly. Cover and marinate for at least 1-2 hours (for best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator). 2.
