When the weather turns warmer, it's time to start talking about one of the most contentious issues I've ever encountered in menswear--socks or no socks? People argue about this with the passion and conviction usually reserved only for arguments about politics, religion, or sports. The sockless thing has been something I've wanted to bring up on the channel for some time and, now, here it is! It just looks bad The first of those, I can get behind. The second, not so much. Let's be clear here, though. The sockless look is just that. It's a look. And it's a look that is an illusion. Should you wear socks? Yes. But they should be no-show socks. For me, the sockless look is cool both literally and aesthetically--nothing around your ankles keeps you cooler and it just looks cool. That's my opinion and I'm sure we've got MANY more opinions out there.
