In this episode we test how particleboard panels from three major manufacturers perform under extreme conditions. The materials tested in this experiment: • Egger • Kronospan • Swiss Krona Two critical tests were performed: 🔥 Heat & Fire Resistance Test We exposed the panels to temperatures from 110°C to 220°C using a heat gun and then tested ignition using an open flame burner. 💧 Water Resistance Test Panels were submerged in water for 24 hours to observe swelling and structural damage. This test reveals how laminated particleboard behaves in real household scenarios — from hot cups and irons to accidental water exposure. The results may surprise you.
