We explored an *ABANDONED* school - (revisiting and reminiscing at Wynstones)

Warning: this film and its title contain a healthy amount of sarcasm. A few days ago my friend OlI and I had the chance to visit and wander around Wynstones school for one last time. We had been students at the school for almost 12 years when it shut in 2020, and so inevitably walking around and being in the places where we had spent a large part of our lives brought back countless memories - some of which we re-enacted and are shown here. The school is soon to be sold to another education provider though at this time it isn’t yet know who. No doubt big changes will take place on the site (which in part are desperately needed to preserve the buildings), but it was really nice to be able to see it all as it was and currently still is; which is as we remember it. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Natasha Ramm for giving her time to allow us to look around, for all the work she is doing to prepare the place for sale and being the reason that Wynstones is in fact far from abandoned.
