First day back to the allotment! Getting it tidied up 🌱

After the winter break, it’s finally time to return to the allotment… and it’s safe to say things have gotten a little wild! The beds are overgrown, weeds have taken hold, and there’s plenty to tackle. So I brought the family along for all hands on deck and together we set about giving the plot a much-needed tidy up. It turned into such a productive day and it feels amazing to get everything back on track again. One of the most satisfying jobs was mulching all of my growing beds with homemade compost — the perfect way to feed the soil and get everything ready for the growing season ahead.
