On a road trip to the Turkey Roost restaurant in Kawkawlin, MI, we explored history and landmarks along the way. In Fenton, we learned about the town's name origins from a unique sculpture, and in Saginaw, we paid our respects at the very unique grave of Robert Heft, the designer of the 50-star American flag. Finally, we arrived at the Turkey Roost, the turkey dinner arrived at our table in record time—less than two minutes—and it was delicious.
