Fill in the inner part of the shamrock in white face paint, then color the inside of that with light green face paint, leaving a bit of white border. Take dark green paint and use it to fill in inside of the light green. Step 2: Outline the shamrock with a small brush with black face paint. Step 3: Add green glitter.
