Today i'm making the American Breakfast and the Full English Breakfast using ingredients you can find at the local supermarket in Japan. The American and English breakfasts are the 2 most poplar breakfasts in the world, and can be found in most hotels in almost every country. And today I am cooking both to finally find out which is the best. My wife will also be helping me to taste test, and since she grew up in the US and I grew up in the UK, we might both be a little biased. The classic American Diner breakfast is hearty and big, with delicious hash browns and a tower of pancakes. Where as the Full English is a balance of grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, delicious sausages, and finished with the iconic baked beans. Which one will be the winner?
