So my plan was to bring you guys along the way and document the process and honestly it probably would have made for and entertaining and successful channel but there was just too much drama and felt like we were on a roller coaster. long story short it took over a year to get a C.O on a single wide manufactured home due to permits, bad contractors and inspectors failing me for the tiniest reasons. All that doesn't matter now as we are open for business and I absolutely love the place. I will be documenting upgrades and amenities that we will be adding over the next couple years. thanks for your support and for watching special thanks to The Sosa Family, my wife Raychel daughter scout and my dad and brother. you guys all took the time to come down and help me and I appreciate it.
