Living the Constitution

On 2 December 2025, Charkha – the Constitutional Law Centre at Vidhi hosted the launch of “The Constitution Catalogues” (link in bio) at Sabha, Bengaluru. The event ✨ Living the Constitution ✨ marked a vibrant coming together of ideas, art, and dialogue on what it truly means to live constitutional values. A highlight of the evening was a compelling panel discussion featuring Abdul Rehman Pasha, Prof. Maidul Islam, and Alok Prasanna Kumar, moderated by Mayuri Gupta. The conversation ranged from a deeply engaging discussion on constitutional rights and democratic practice to lived realities, dissent, and everyday citizenship. The evening was further animated by a powerful performance by the Sahachaari Dance Group, translating constitutional ideals into movement and emotion. Alongside this, the exhibition showcasing constitutional literature became a space for sustained engagement and reflection, made possible through the contributions of our exhibition partners: Qamra Archive, Aravani Art Project, Reclaim Constitution, Enfold India, Cultre.in, Dhwani Legal Trust, Abdul Rehman Pasha.
