'Power Lines' by 'Telekinesis' is the opening track from the band's third album 'Dormarion' which was released 2nd April 2013 on 'Merge Records'. 'Telekinesis' is the creation of 'Michael Benjamin Lerner', an indie rocker based out of Seattle who is currently signed to 'Merge Records'. 'Michael Lerner' wrote the 12 songs that comprise 'Dormarion' in the early half of 2012 at his home in West Seattle and the other half at his family's house in the San Juan Islands, with the original intention of recording the album completely on his own. Instead, he road-tripped over the summer and made the record in two weeks with 'Spoon' drummer 'Jim Eno' in his Austin, TX studio, 'Public Hi-Fi'. If you see 'Telekinesis' perform in 2013, Lerner will be backed by 'Erik Walters' of 'The Globes' on guitar, 'Say Hi's' Eric Elbogen on bass, and 'Rebecca Cole' of 'Wild Flag and The Minders' on keyboards.
